Now I am thrilled with the ability to place my order via the website...seeing the flowers I can choose from. My 89 year old parents LOVED their beautiful Valentines bouquet with which I had ordered a balloon and box of candy. They loved all of it and it was delivered as promised! Thanks!

Hello, This is Maureen Berry from Canada. Dolly, you helped me the other day on the telephone by selecting a “get well” flower arrangement for my new son in law Tommy Wolf’s grandma. You said you would make it special and add some glitter and a butterfly. After they received it, the family (who I’ve never met as yet) called to say the arrangement your company made was absolutely gorgeous, and Grandma was delighted to see it. At that point she could still see, but not speak. This afternoon, around 4:00, Grandma passed away. She was only in hospital 4 days. MY HUSBAND FRANK ORDERED THE ARRANGMENT I PICKED OUT ON LINE FOR THE DAUGHTER OF MY BEST FRIEND. THE UNEXPECTED DEATH OF A 17 YEAR OLD GIRL WAS TRAGIC AND SHOCKING. I NEVER HAD TO ORDER FLOWERS IN SUCH A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME BUT YOU DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB. HE PHONED YOU AND EVEN HAD A LONG LIST OF THE KIDS WHO WERE VERY GOOD FRIENDS WITH KIERA TO BE PUT ON THE CARD. I WAS VERY WORRIED ABOUT ORDERING FLOWERS THAT I PICKED OUT ON YOUR WEB SITE BUT WHEN I SAW THEM THEY WERE EXACTLY WHAT I HAD ORDERED. AGAIN THANKYOU FOR MAKING THE FLOWERS ONE LESS THING TO WORRY ABOUT. I ACTUALLY PICKED YOU GUYS BECAUSE I DRIVE PAST WHEN MY HUSBANDS CAR GOES IN THE SHOP.
